Alex Duncan
Co-Founder
Alex co-founded Pearl Street Dental Partners, building to 50+ locations. Advisor and investor in services platforms in healthcare, home services, and real estate. Executive at GoFundMe (30 to 500+ people), after Accel Partners and Goldman Sachs. Catcher at West Point and BYU grad. Coaching and supporting his kids: baseball, tennis, dance, gymnastics, lacrosse, skiing.
Kory Knell
Co-Founder
Kory led operations at RainFocus (event tech and services) from $10M to $100M in revenue. Operating executive at Arena, Benevity, and Innovative Interfaces, leading a turnaround to sale. Founded SubConnect, a construction payments platform. Goldman Sachs, then JMI Equity on investing and operating teams. Played college football and baseball; still coaching his kids.
Brandon Batt
People
Brandon spent 12+ years building people operations and recruiting at Savory Fund, one of the most active restaurant investors in the country. SPHR certified, Harvard Leadership Principles, 40 Under 40 honoree. His specialty: finding and growing the leaders who make businesses work.
Iris Bryant
Operations
Iris runs the day-to-day at Good Game: systems, vendors, and the hundred small things that make a lean team work. Before this she managed projects at Discovery Gateway Children's Museum, spent three years running logistics for photo and video shoots at a Salt Lake film production company.
Marcelo Ortolano
Partnerships
Marcelo came to Good Game from The Chernin Group (TCG), the lead investor behind Unrivaled Sports, one of the largest youth sports platforms in the country. At TCG he spent his time finding and executing growth investments in consumer businesses, and he's also been on the owner's side of the counter as a Crumbl franchisee. BYU grad.
Andrew Dale
Growth
Andrew leads go-to-market and operations across the platform, including how Good Game puts AI to work. He started at LinkedIn in business operations, then was the first growth hire at Leland, a Series A startup, scaling it from $0 to $15M. Kellogg MBA. He grew up playing basketball, football, and baseball, and now coaches his kids' teams.
Dakota Pierce
Growth
Dakota founded UpAhead, a government alert software company, and built it through its acquisition. Before that he was a product manager at Podium and ran product operations at Apple. He studied aerospace engineering at MIT, where he played basketball on an Elite Eight team. He's since traded one court for another: these days he's an avid tennis player.
